How it is made
In the preparation of Conegliano Prosecco Superiore we use grape musts from different areas of the D.O.C.G. zone to ensure the highest quality and consistency. The prise de mousse is stopped by lowering the temperature of the pressurized tank to ensure the desired level of residual sugar.
We source our grapes from areas close to Conegliano that are situated in the lower part of the Denomination, which produce wines with greater structure compared to those from high hillside sites, ensuring a good balance of fragrance and flavor. The dominant sensation in Conegliano Prosecco Superiore is that of ripe fruit: an engaging wine.
